Yes — start at List a business. Listings are reviewed and never buy placement in Discover.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the relevant profile or conversation in the app and use its report or block option. Reports are reviewed by the SHY team. Blocking removes that person from your view and prevents contact. Read the full safety guide.
What happens after an account decision?
SHY may warn, limit, suspend, or remove accounts under the Community Guidelines. If you believe a restriction was made in error, use the appeal instructions in your notification or email support@shyapps.com.
Is SHY free?
SHY is free to join, and the core path — discovery, connection, conversation — is free to use. Paid options change convenience only: they never affect ranking and never change how other people see you.
How does verification work?
Verification uses a live-capture check in the app to confirm a real person is behind the profile. Verified accounts are prioritized in discovery.
How do I manage or cancel a paid option?
Paid options are managed in the app under Settings. Price, billing cadence, and cancellation are shown before you purchase, and cancelling stops future billing.
How do I delete my account or get my data?
Use the account controls in the app, or read Privacy Rights if you need deletion, export, correction, or privacy help.
